How to use this tool
- Enter Text or select a UTF-8 file, which takes precedence.
- Choose Unicode normalization as None or NFC. Case, punctuation, whitespace and file line endings participate.
- Select Check palindrome and download palindrome.json.
Examples
The text 😀a😀 is a palindrome of three code points. A single extra space participates in the comparison.
Limitations
- 200,000 input UTF-16 units, 1 MiB input, 200,000 normalized code points, 5 MiB report and a 30-second processing limit.
- Every code point participates, including case, punctuation, whitespace, BOM and file line endings. Empty input is a palindrome.
- No case/punctuation-insensitive phrase filtering, word/substring search, grapheme equality or reverse output.
