How to use this tool

  • Choose two or more PPTX files for Merge, or one for Extract/Split. Review the numbered file list and optionally enter a different file order.
  • Choose an operation. For Extract/Split, enter unique slide numbers or ranges in the desired order; blank keeps all slides. For Split, choose the number of slides per result.
  • Organize slides and download each resulting PPTX. Open it in your presentation app to review. Reset clears inputs and downloads; Cancel terminates processing.

Examples

Slides 3,1,5-7 keep five slides in that order. Merge file order 2,1 places the second selected deck first.

Limitations

  • Only non-macro Transitional PPTX. Merge requires matching slide dimensions and compatible global text, table, notes-master and presentation-theme settings. Slide-master themes may differ. No raster substitution or rendered preview.
  • At most 10 sources, 20 MiB per source/result, 40 MiB total input, 1,000 parts per source/result, 2,000 input parts and 96 MiB expanded input. A part may expand to 16 MiB. Parsed XML across decks and chart workbooks is limited to 8 MiB, 500,000 nodes/attributes and 20,000 relationships. At most 200 selected slides, 50 results, 64 MiB total downloads and 120 seconds per job.
  • Embedded fonts, SVG, audio/video, comments, handout masters, custom shows, sections, package signatures, protected editing and global extensions are unsupported. A link to an omitted slide stops processing.
  • Original document properties and editing/view/print settings are omitted; this is not metadata sanitization. Ordinary hyperlinks remain clickable and chart workbooks retain original data/formulas. External content is never fetched. Slide numbers may change with the new order. Native application appearance can depend on installed fonts.
