How to use this tool

Choose one unencrypted PDF up to 32 MiB.
Optionally select pages, for example 1-3, 5. Select at most 100 pages.
Choose Create editable DOCX, review the text preview and download the Word file.
Open the file in a Word-compatible editor and correct reading order where needed. Cancel or Reset stops processing.

Export the selectable text of a PDF report into editable paragraphs for further editing.

At most 500 source pages, 100 selected pages, 100,000 text fragments per page, 200,000 fragments total and 2 MiB extracted UTF-8 text. Up to 20,000 paragraphs and 100,000 characters in one paragraph.
Embedded content order is retained; geometric gaps supply spaces. Multi-column reading order can need manual correction. Each source text line becomes a paragraph and each selected source page starts after an explicit page break. Word can paginate differently.
No OCR, images, table reconstruction, original fonts, styles or faithful layout. Scanned pages need OCR first. Empty pages are preserved when other selected pages contain text.
No source scripts, hyperlinks, macros, forms or attachments are copied. Text preview shows the first 20,000 characters.
Browser-local worker processing has a 120-second deadline. Files and output stay on the device. Cancel or Reset stops the worker and clears working results.
