How to use this tool
- Choose one local JSON or TGS file. ZIP-based dotLottie packages are not supported.
- Choose APNG or GIF, maximum output side, sampling frame rate and total play count.
- Convert the vector animation, review the raster preview, then download. Cancel terminates the worker; Reset clears local input and output.
Examples
Convert a one-second moving vector sticker at 20 frames per second into an APNG with transparent pixels.
Limitations
- 5 MiB file / 8 MiB expanded JSON; at most 10 source seconds, 200 stored and 500 expanded layers, 300 output frames and 20 million total frame pixels. Source canvas is limited to 4096 pixels per side; output side 16–1024. The bounded parser caps nodes, depth, arrays and numbers.
- Only 2D shapes, solid/null layers and embedded vector compositions are supported. Expressions are rejected and unavailable in the renderer. External resources, images, text/fonts, audio, 3D, effects/styles, repeaters and unsupported shape modifiers must be removed or flattened first.
- Embedded composition layers require explicit width and height up to 1024 pixels. Only one full-opacity, non-inverted add mask with zero expansion and feather is supported per layer. Gradient opacity stops must match color stops; animated gradient opacity stops are unsupported. Complex geometry may exceed the bounded drawing-work limit.
- Output samples the source timeline at 1–30 fps, resizes without enlargement and replaces vector/interactivity/metadata with raster frames. APNG keeps rendered RGBA samples; its final-frame duration rounds to milliseconds. GIF reduces colors, thresholds alpha and rounds each delay to 10 ms. Viewers may clamp short delays.
- The play count is selected here because standalone Lottie JSON has no universal playback-loop contract. TGS import does not certify Telegram sticker submission requirements.
- Worker initialization is limited to five seconds, frame rendering to 60 seconds, and the complete cancellable job to 120 seconds. Output is limited to 40 MiB. No files or decoded data are uploaded.
