How to use this tool
- Paste JSON text or choose a UTF-8 file; a chosen file takes precedence.
- Values must be strings or nonempty arrays of strings. Repeated arrays emit repeated keys; nested objects and lossy type conversions are rejected.
- Select Process data, review the result, and download it. Use Reset to clear the working data.

Limitations
5 MiB input, 20 MiB output. Values remain strings; repeated keys become arrays. Group order and percent-encoding spelling are normalized; empty separator segments are rejected.
