20 MiB and 24 megapixels per image; at most 16,384 pixels per side. SVG input is limited to 2 MiB.
Animated WebP and PNG are not supported. GIF uses the first frame. SVG supports a strict self-contained static-shape subset; text/fonts, CSS, external resources and active content are rejected.
Stored pixel orientation is used: EXIF orientation is not applied. Browser color decoding and native encoding can vary.
Separable box blur uses a radius of 1–10 pixels and premultiplied alpha to avoid dark transparent edges.
Blur supports up to 12 megapixels. Larger images must be resized first.
