How to use this tool

  • Choose one local input file within the displayed limits.
  • Provide a title, language tag and optional author.
  • Choose Convert ebook. Cancel stops the worker.
  • Download and inspect the result. Reset clears the input and result.

Examples

Convert a UTF-8 HTML document with headings and an embedded PNG to EPUB.

Limitations

  • 20 MiB input; 16 MiB expanded text; 64 MiB output; 500 images up to 8 MiB each, 20 MiB total; cancellable worker with 60-second deadline.
  • Semantic reading copies preserve basic text structure and embedded PNG/JPEG/GIF, not original layout, CSS, fonts, scripts or external resources. Image bytes retain metadata.
  • MOBI: unencrypted versions 4–8, KF8/AZW3 and combined books, with raw, PalmDOC or HUFF/CDIC text. Compatible AZW only; KFX, Topaz and DRM are unsupported. Kindle/file-position links are omitted.
  • FB2: FictionBook 2.0; UTF-8, BOM-marked UTF-16, Windows-1251/1252 or ISO-8859-1. A ZIP must contain exactly one FB2. DTDs, external entities and unsafe ZIP paths are rejected.
  • HTML: UTF-8 file; title and language required; only PNG/JPEG/GIF data images are included. Relative and remote images are omitted.
  • Metadata report is structural information, not a complete format, accessibility or conformance validator.
