How to use this tool
- Choose the stated input files. The maker uses the selected file order and fits images to a shared canvas.
- Choose output settings, then select Process animation. Review the animation or frame manifest before downloading.
- Cancel stops the worker. Reset clears working data and results.
Examples
A three-frame source produces three output frames; timing and total plays are retained within the output format limits.
Limitations
- 20 MiB total input; at most 300 frames, 4096 pixels per side, 4 megapixels per frame, 20 million total canvas pixels and five minutes per cycle. Output is limited to 40 MiB and processing to 120 seconds.
- Animated WebP input requires browser ImageDecoder support. This tool reports unsupported decoding or encoding instead of silently producing a static image.
- WebP output uses lossy RGB encoding even at quality 100 and rounds delays to 1 ms. GIF output reduces colors, thresholds alpha and rounds delays to 10 ms. Very short delays may be clamped by viewers.
- Metadata and source color profiles are not copied. Canvas color handling is browser-dependent. WebP supports at most 65535 total plays; larger source loop counts are rejected.
