Examples
Encoding a literal plus produces%2B. Decoding raw+ preserves it in component mode and produces a space in form mode.
Limitations
- At most 1 MiB UTF-8 input, 10000 data rows, 100 columns, 100000 cells and 50000 UTF-16 units per cell; 20 MiB combined output and 30 seconds.
- Any selected malformed percent escape or invalid encoded UTF-8 refuses the whole request. Header collisions are refused. No URL fetch or URI-validity claim.
- Spreadsheet formula protection is on by default and can prefix formula-sensitive output cells, including cells outside the selected transform.
