How to use this tool
- Enter the admitted input using Dimensions, Point A, Point B, Internal ratio m, Internal ratio n.
- Use the explicit mode and declared finite options. Only selected operation fields participate.
- Select Inspect coordinate segment and download coordinate-segment.json.
Examples
A=(0,0),B=(3,4) has squared distance25 and midpoint(3/2,2); the displayed square-root distance is5.
Limitations
- 2D or3D;12 digits per integer numerator/denominator,2,048 combined point bytes; ratio components1–1,000,000.4,096-digit exact arithmetic,64 KiB report and30-second processing limit.
- Integers or explicit fractions only; no decimal/exponent/symbolic coordinates. Coincident points are valid. Internal positive ratio only; no geodesy or units.
- Twelve displayed significant digits are formatting, not a guarantee of12-digit mathematical accuracy. Exact squared length and rational coordinates remain authoritative.
