How to use this tool
- Choose 1–8 Audio files. Review Selected file order; outputs follow this picker order.
- Select Convert batch to WAV. If any member fails or is cancelled, no completed partial ZIP is offered.
- Download result to save audio-wav-batch.zip with 0001.wav, 0002.wav and further numbered outputs as needed, plus manifest.json. Reset clears the list and output.
Examples
Three selected sources become 0001.wav, 0002.wav and 0003.wav in that order; manifest.json records each original display name and output digest.
Limitations
- Up to 8 nonempty files, 64 MiB each and 128 MiB combined, 60 seconds per member and 300 seconds total. Source tracks need 1–2 channels and 8–96 kHz rates. Display names are limited to 1024 UTF-16 units.
- Cumulative plans admit at most 16 million combined source/output samples and 200 million resampler products, so fewer or shorter clips may be required. Conversion runs sequentially using the existing decoder and filtered resampler.
- Uses primary-track packet timelines. MP3 encoder delay/padding may remain; no gapless-trimming promise. Channels remain 1 or 2; descriptive tags/artwork are omitted.
- PCM16 quantization and resampling can change samples; clipping is reported. WAV-only output, with no compressed-output bitrate/quality controls. This does not establish unrestricted codec interchange.
- Each WAV entry fits 16 MiB; manifest up to 64 KiB, complete ZIP up to 64 MiB. Whole-worker deadline: 120 seconds. Corrupt/unsupported input, timeout, error or cancellation rejects the complete batch.
