Bulk QR Codes from Spreadsheet

Choose CSV/XLSX content and filename columns, validate every generated QR and download one deterministic ZIP batch.

Rows and generated QR assets stay in this browser. Encoded content and optional filenames can expose personal information or credentials in the downloaded batch; review before sharing.

About this flow

Read one selected CSV/TSV/XLSX table and choose the literal content column plus an optional filename column. Keep row order and duplicate payloads. Every generated PNG is decoded from its actual pixels; the full ZIP is CRC-verified and its preview is the first real extracted member.

Limitations

  • One CSV/TSV/supported XLSX up to 5 MiB;1–99data rows plus a unique header. One selected worksheet. XLSX displayed/cached text is data-only, with no recalculation or formatting preservation; original bytes remain available.
  • Each literal payload is1–2,000UTF-8 bytes. No trimming, deduplication, spreadsheet protection or URL fetch. Ordinal filenames and sanitized optional stems are deterministic. ZIP and expanded content each stay within 20 MiB;100 entries maximum.
  • Generated square PNGs have opaque black/white modules and four-module quiet borders. The narrow decoder checks actual pixels with QR-only PURE_BARCODE hints; default standalone finder detection is retained. Dense codes can fail ordinary finder/scanner detection. Physical camera, scanner and print compatibility is unverified.
